New Hampshire Preparation and Presevation project (NHAPP) is a collaboration between DTIRC and the NH Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF). The goal of this project is for children and their families who are adopted through DCYF to have access to trauma-informed, adoption competent, evidence-based services.
Kelly develops and facilitates trainings for this NHAPP project for mental health clinicians throughout New Hampshire.
